Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY
  • Our shipping service is available for customers within the U.S. Shipping fees may vary for orders outside the U.S., and are subject to review on a case by case basis. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping, according to our established shipping fees.

  • FREE SHIPPING is available for customers within the U.S. only.

  • Most in-stock items will ship within 24 hours of ordering. Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. 

  • Tracking information will be notified once an order is completed. Shipping services are provided by UPS.

DELIVERY POLICY
  • Our delivery service is available for customers within the 25 mile radius of our location at zip code 77396 in Houston, TX.

  • A phone number is required at time of check out, in order to keep you informed of the status of the order or to contact you at time of delivery. A text message confirmation will be sent to confirm delivery of your items.

  • Deliveries are processed and completed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • You are able to return or exchange online orders by mail for FREE. Simply contact us at prismakiddos@gmail.com and include your order number, and description of the items you will be returning. We will then issue a FREE shipping label and send it to you via e-mail for you to ship back your items.

  • For merchandise returned within 30 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. After 30 days returns are not accepted. 

  • We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange.

 

Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

CANCELLATIONS
  • As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. We may be able to stop the process if your cancellation notice is received by e-mail to prismakiddos@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • If you received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items. We will process your cancellation as a return and will issue as well a FREE shipping label and will email it for you to ship back your items.

  • Once your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a cancellation email to the email address listed on the order. You will not be charged for any cancelled merchandise.
